WHAT KIND OF TESTING YOU ASK?

Bel Air furniture is tested b applying extreme force at different points on the seating. This ensures all Bel Air furniture will stand the test of time.
- No part of any piece of Bel Air Furniture is left untested. Direct force is applied to the back rest, arm rests and more. There must be no structural damage or fractures to the furniture to pass and yes we pass with flying retro colours.
- Bel Air Furniture is put through the flames to ensure our materials meet the strict BS 7176 standards. Tests include the application of a lit cigarette test (poor furniture), match flame tests and more.
- Not only is our material flame proof but is tested against sharp object, abrasions and wear and tear.
