Bel Air 2-Year warranty.
Applicable to the Original Owner and Original Delivery Address only.At Bel Air Furniture we pride ourselves on our quality and craftsmanship. We design and manufacture all of our own furniture maintaining 100% quality control. We guarantee all Bel Air Furniture will be free from manufacturing defects or errors in material, design and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery to the original delivery address.
The Bel Air 2-Year Warranty covers all repairs or replacements of its products as within Europe only, and does not cover regular, non-defective returns of the Products.
Upon receiving notification of your warranty, we will get back to your request within 3-5 workdays. All warranty claims are subject to inspection by Bel Air Furniture and we reserve the right to determine whether or not damages are covered by the Bel Air 2-Year Warranty, at our sole discretion.
How to use your Bel Air warranty.
To submit a claim, please contact us immediately with your proof of purchase, images of the damage and your order number; info@belair-furniture.comUpon receiving notification of your warranty, we will get back to your request within 3-5 workdays. All warranty claims are subject to inspection by Bel Air Furniture and we reserve the right to determine whether or not damages are covered by the Bel Air 2-Year Warranty, at our sole discretion.
Bel Air Warranty does not cover:
- Natural variations /powder coating and/or other coatings
- Damage to the fabric from washing/drying/cleaning
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from external factors, such as any of the following:
— Sharp objects, rips or tears.
— Prolonged exposure to moisture, water or direct sunlight; - Modifications, alterations, tampering, or improper maintenance or repairs (by third parties);
- Unintended use, abuse, accidental damage, or other abnormal usages, including but not limited to cuts, tears, burns, stains, soiling, liquid damage, or improper installation.
Warranty covers repairs or replacements of products, and does not cover regular, non-defective returns of the Products. The Products that are returned within our 14-day return period are processed separately and in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of our Return Policy.
