Return & Refund Policy

Not happy with your purchase? No problem, for returns please return your order in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Bel Air reserves the right to refuse returned items that are not in their original packaging or in perfect condition due to following reasons (but not limited to): missing original packaging, item packaged differently than way received, missing parts or components, visible damages caused by customer or incorrect return packaging. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges associated with returning an item to our warehouse in The Netherlands.

To begin the return process please contact us at info@belairfurniture.com with your order number, proof of purchase and reason for return.

If your order has been returned to us due to multiple failed delivery attempts, you can either request a refund minus the shipping costs, or we can re-ship the order once re-shipment costs have been covered. 

Order Issues

If you believe there is an issue with your Bel Air Furniture order / product or if something is missing from your order please do not hesitate to contact us! - info@belairfurniture.com 

Please make sure to check all received packages carefully at moment of delivery! Report any visible damages directly to the carrier before signing for the delivery. IF damage is discovered afterwards please contact us within 48hours of receipt. Please send us pictures of visible damages and provide your order number. 

Lost & Stolen Orders

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact us at info@belairfurniture.com
