For all orders in Switzerland and Norway customs fees and national VAT will be charged directly by the local tax authorities will need to be paid separately by the customer. Please feel free to contact us for special requests or any further questions at 


Delivery Time

Each product page displays either (in stock or in studio) information. All in stock items will be directly dispatched from our warehouse located in the Netherlands. All in studio items will have 3 week lead time as these pieces are custom made at our studio/factory.

From shipment to delivery items usually take non longer than a week. For time any urgent deliveries or special requests please contact us at Please note* that if you placed an order for both in stock and in studio items, we will dispatch the full order and will be on hold until your entire order is available to be dispatched.

Cancellation & Order Edits

At Bel Air we ship based on the information provided during checkout, the moment an order is received we prepare it for shipping. Please double check to avoid any delays or mix-ups before confirming your order, if you have made a mistake please contact us

Damaged Order

If you order arrives damaged or broken due to shipping or manufacturing errors. Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to process a warranty, - please include images of the damage and your order number.

Return policy 

We want you to love your vintage Bel Air Furniture! 

If you do not completely love your new Bel Air Furniture piece you may return your order in its original packaging and condition within 14 days of receipt. Bel Air Furniture reserves the right to refuse any returned orders that do not come packed in their original condition due to following reasons (but not limited to): damaged or missing original packaging, missing components, visible damages caused by customer or incorrect packaging. All returned orders are the customers responsibility as well for any shipping charges associated with returning an item to our warehouse in the Netherlands.

If your order has been returned to our warehouse due to too many failed delivery attempts, we will be happy to refund your order minus the accumulated shipping costs for the order.
